What to do, when I forgot my password?

You forgot your password? No problem - click on the login-page on "lost password"? and please enter in the default field  your e-mail address, which you used fot the registration at Wittkemper Living. Afterwards we will send you by e-mail a link. After you had clicked on this link, you must wait 10-20 minutes and you will receive a new password by e-mail.

How can  I change my e-mail address?

If you want to change your e-mail address, you can do that in a easy way. Please try to login in your personal area top right on the website "My Wittkemper Living". It will open the menu, where you find the point "My Wittkemper Living Password". Here you can see your registered e-mail address. This can be changed by entering a new e-mail address and pressing the button save.

How does the prepayment work?

Prepayment is the traditional bank transfer. After you finished your order you please advise the payment to our Wittkemper Living bank account.Your  Ihre Bestellung wird erst nach Eingang der Zahlung versandt.
